9:55AM - Antietam National Historic Site (Sharpsburg, MD)
We will learn about the Battle of Antietam - the bloodiest single day of the Civil War.

10:45AM - Jefferson, Texas Museum.  Author Mitchell Whitington will join us to discuss the Reconstruction period in the East Texas town of Jefferson.

Dr. Shaun Treat will give us perspective on what the Civil War/Reconstruction period was like in Denton County. Dr. Treat's Presentation 

12:25PM - National Women's History Museum (Alexandria, VA) 
We will learn about about the early life and contributions of Harriet Tubman

12:55PM - The Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (Springfield, IL) 
We will get insight into the Gettysburg Address and Lincoln's inaugural address.

We will talk with Park Ranger Jenn Epstein at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. She will describe how the National Mall was used by Union Soldiers as a training ground, and what Washington DC was like during the Civil War.
